The latest Linea series of Smeg cooktops offer 65% more efficiency, with a patented directional flame burner. The flame burns vertically, and therefore more efficiently, giving better results in cooking.

Smeg Induction cooktops take cooking technology one step further. There are 7 induction models, from domino configurations to a true 90cm 5-plate option. Induction cooking uses magnetic fields to deliver safety, energy efficiency, and optimum cooking control. With a Smeg induction cooktop, the cooking surface and the kitchen environment stay cool, water boils twice as fast as on a gas cooktop, and the cook has complete and instant control over cooking temperatures – for example a rolling boil can be reduced to a simmer instantly.
