Place all ingredients in a jug and blend until smooth.
From this you can make and pizza you want! Leave the dough balls to rest and then begin
to stretch them out by hand. Pre heat an
oven to 220c and place in the pizza stone.
Top the pizzas with sauce, cheese and then any toppings and place on the
stone and cook for 8-10 minutes or until they are crispy.
Tip – do not over load your pizza with mass amounts of
toppings. Use good quality toppings and
less of them for the really authentic pizza.
