There were two ways to win an exclusive Smeg Racing VIP experience at the Home Shows. This VIP experience includes a VIP trackside experience for two and a hot lap with Simon Evans at Pukekohe Park Raceway for Round 3 of the V8 SuperTourers!
Simon Evans was robbed of a probably victory at the BNT V8 SuperTourers over Anzac weekend when he was hit by Ant Pederson, took third place in the final race but managed to finish second in the championship! Well done Simon.
When shopping for kitchen appliances, it can often feel as if style and functionality are mutually exclusive properties. Yet Smeg’s signature mix of innovative technology and striking aesthetics means you needn’t compromise when outfitting your kitchen.
INTRODUCING S-LOGIC OVEN DISPLAYS
2 September, 2013
SMEG’S LATEST TECHNOLOGICAL EVOLUTION, S-LOGIC, MAKES IT EVEN EASIER FOR ANYONE TO CREATE PROFESSIONAL DISHES AT HOME WITH MINIMAL EFFORT.
The drive for ever-improving cooking technology comes from Smeg’s deeply entrenched passion for food. Smeg’s state-of-the-art factories are located in northern Italy, in an area famed for some of Italy’s “Protected Designation of Origin” produce including Parmigiano-Reggiano, Proscuitto di Parma (Parma ham), and Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena (Balsamic vinegar).
In this part of the world, food is literally life. Entrenched in Smeg’s culture is a devotion to using the best ingredients to produce simple but delicious meals, all for “conviviality” – our way of expressing a deep and loving connection with family and friends.
Smeg’s passion for food means that each technological innovation is stringently tested, not only by Engineers for quality and life expectancy, but also by a formidable team of Cooking Consultants, who test every single function by cooking and tasting again and again. It’s our intimate relationship to the cooking result which ensures our products excel in their purpose for the life.
Now Smeg is proud to launch a new range of built-in ovens with S-Logic controls. Smeg has analysed how you cook and created digital displays that are simple to understand and logical to use and deliver pin-point accuracy. S-Logic means function-selection, cooking time, temperature, shelf position and pre-heating are either automatic or self-explanatory. During cooking a large animated display tells you where you are – no reading glasses required!
A host of food category menus and cooking preferences have been specifically developed for the Australian home, so “snapper” could be your “plat du jour” (dish of the day)! The new S-Logic displays are available in Smeg’s Classic and Linear styles and the beautiful SFPA140 pyrolytic mirror-finish model has the latest flat TFT touch control colour display, providing the ultimate designer statement for your kitchen.
